Positive Reset Coaching Program
The Positive Reset is a coaching experience designed to help you pause with purpose, reconnect to what matters, and gently shift out of exhaustion into emotional steadiness, energy, and meaning.
Created for women navigating midlife transitions, including the very real cognitive, emotional and energetic shifts of perimenopause, this is your first step to building sustainable well-being, deeper resilience, and a life that reflects who you are becoming, not just what you are managing.

This program is for women who want to navigate the changes they are experiencing with courage and connection, not chaos. Wellbeing Assessment and Coaching
A holistic model of wellbeing that focuses on providing a complete view of the factors affecting your energy, resilience and wellbeing.
It empowers leaders at all levels to develop knowledge and skills to meaningfully improve these wellbeing factors on an individual, team and/or organisational basis.
The program is powered by two key elements:
The GLWS® Survey, which focuses on the ‘whole person’ by addressing multiple dimensions of wellbeing across all aspects of life, including ‘Working Well’ - aspects of wellbeing affected by work lives and ‘Living Well’- aspects of wellbeing affected by home, social and personal lives.
